JOB DEMANDS:

A of Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in-house or in a marketing agency managing and nurturing social media accounts Familiarity with Paid Social marketing techniques and platforms, content management and analytics platforms or HubSpot. Working knowledge of social media and Digital Marketing Tools like Zapier/ Falcon.io/Flipboard/ Iconosquare/ Semrush etc.

Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans, influencing skills to shape relationships and deliver results and beat KPIs along with managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Keen commercial awareness, and the ability to use reports to provide ROI as per company’s business model.

Familiarity with web analytics tools and social media monitoring platforms is needed.

Proficiency at analysing customer and campaign data and converting it into insights and action plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

An associate’s degree is required; a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related communications field is desired. Or, at least a diploma or a professional certification in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication from an accredited institution.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential. Having a proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns would increase the probability of being hired. Require at least 3 years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Planning and monitoring the ongoing company’s presence on social media and assisting in formulating the sales strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Conducting research and analyzing data to identify audiences and work with in-house designers to produce impactful materials and assets within brand guidelines.

Writing, proofreading and managing social media content, as well as content for other marketing channels; Updating company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.) and overall management including arranging effective distribution of marketing materials.

Leading on the website and social media channel optimisation for SEO as well as usability including leading and optimizing paid, display and retargeting ad campaigns: keyword optimization, bid adjustments and budget management.

Evaluating marketing campaigns and managing budgets; Developing a website traffic plan and creating goals and KPIs to meet. Thus, providing the company with new territory market data, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence.

Preparing automated e-shot campaigns, distributing brand content and promotional communication, as well as using Active Campaign to increase subscriptions, engagement and generate leads thereby growing sales revenues, increasing brand market share and building relationships with key customers.

Strategizing and overseeing social media presence across all channels and managing all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).

Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing and editorial calendars in collaboration with executives and content creators and partnering with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results by delivering effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.

Organising events and product exhibitions when necessary; Liaising with stakeholders including freelancers, suppliers and partner organisations.
