JOB DEMANDS:

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, dashboard solutions, DV360, Facebook Business manager, ad operations knowledge, and a solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO & SEM concepts, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. with a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis

Skills in Keyword Research, Backlinking and On-page best practices.

Transdisciplinary Thinking, Digital Literacy, and, confidence in traffic analysis, and reporting tools along with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certified, Google Ads Search and Display certified, Google Tag Manager, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy and Conduct research on market trends, the brand’s audiences and competitors, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions & manage the company website (including all images, tools, and ad content) while handling and maintaining the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software

Conducting research and analyzing data to identify audiences and work with in-house designers to produce impactful materials and assets within brand guidelines.

Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms along with all digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Mobile app, Display, Programmatic) including SEO campaigns aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility.

Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a strong market position.

Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms; Developing and managing A/B testing protocols and procedures.

Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans; Researching and analysing performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contributing towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts

Manage, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, with keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance analysis; Managing metrics such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.

Creating weekly/monthly analysis and reports for all marketing initiatives against financial and data targets including recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns while exploring innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Stay current with industry trends, Social Media Platforms’ algorithm updates, and the competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge;

Managing the database/lists and preparing selections for each campaign. In addition, you’ll drive online subscriber/prospect data acquisition and ensure the info is accurate and kept up to date for direct marketing.
